Issue Trees
An issue tree that comprises of set of exhaustive hypotheses that help break down a problem statement into its component parts. Issue trees defines structure, scope and goal of the problem statement. While building out the issue tree, your goal should be to have the hypotheses by mutually exclusive and exhaustive.
